TrippNT has five core values. 

These values were identified and refined by the employees in 2020.  We have written a definition of each value. Additionally, we have defined a set of behaviors that demonstrate an employee is living this value.

At the end of each quarter TrippNT employees meet with their supervisor to discuss (among other things) how they are demonstrating the values.

Here are TrippNT's 5 Core Values

Dedicated to You Definition:

Dedication means a strong support or loyalty. Dedication is also kindness, caring, compassion, understanding, courtesy. It’s the little things that make a big difference. Dedication says “you can trust me” — we are dependable and accountable.

Behaviors That Demonstrate Dedicated to You:

• Meets attendance standards.
• Engages in team meetings.
• Prioritizes daily activities to maximize the team’s outcomes.

The behaviors above are the minimum expectations, but our wonderful team members go above and beyond and genuinely care for our customers and each other. For our customers, this dedication may take the form of a local delivery, an in-person repair or the ability to delight our customers with a handwritten note.

In being dedicated to each other: is not unusual to see our team members step in and help outside their normal duties. This care extends beyond the workday, too. Often you will see team members carpool, pet sit and even babysit for each other. 

Being on the receiving end of a Dedicated to You act of support or loyalty makes you (of course) want to reciprocate. In this way, we hope that the loyalty and dedication we demonstrate to each other, our customers and our community makes its way out into the world making it a better place to live. We know it makes TrippNT a better place to work.
