The above Shop Mastery Board is a testament to TrippNT's core value: Culture of Growth. Every employee can learn any of the skills listed on the left. There is a defined path that begins with shadowing another employee and leads all the way to the student becoming the master and able to train others.
What is a Culture of Growth?
A culture of growth is one where learning, development, and progress are woven into the fabric of daily life. It’s a mindset that encourages individuals to continually evolve, whether that’s through acquiring new skills, improving existing ones, or embracing change and innovation. In this kind of environment, mistakes are viewed as opportunities for learning, and challenges are seen as stepping stones toward greater achievements. Growth is helping others be their very best.
How Can You Participate a Culture of Growth?
TrippNT defines the following behaviors as necessary for a Culture of Growth:
- Offer assistance/training to others when needed.
- Take risks in offering feedback.
- Document improvements so that others may learn and be inspired (e.g. improvement videos & SOPs)
TrippNT has five core values. These values were identified and refined by the employees in 2020. We have written a definition of each value. Additionally, we have defined a set of behaviors that demonstrate an employee is living this value.
